The site is a typical early 20C terraced property in West London.
The project involved:
- A single storey rear and side extension with a large glazed, pitched lantern rooflight, linked to the existing ground floor rear reception room and the central utility room, to create an open plan kitchen
- A significant alteration to the rear elevation by the addition of a single storey, south facing, full-width conservatory with a glazed mono-pitched roof and glazed sliding doors exploiting the sunny bright aspect of the property. The large conservatory is linked with the main house by a pair of glazed French doors.
