The scheme involved:
- General refurbishment of the property
- A loft conversion consisting of a mansard roof with pair of glazed French doors and a juliet balcony to create an additional large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom
- The transformation of the rear of the property by the addition of a single storey rear extension with a part glazed pitched roof and glazed sliding doors to create a spacious, open plan kitchen and reception area with a large amount of natural light through the orientation of the extensive glazing.
