The project involved the construction of a detached, 6-bedroom residential dwelling, consists of a basement, ground and first floors, with the second floor habitable accommodation located within the roof. There is provision for off-street parking within the site.
The development consists of a basement area, with a large cinema/family bar, gym, sauna, utility room and plant room. On the ground floor there is a large reception room leading onto the rear garden area, together a kitchen linked to a second large reception room and a cloakroom. At first floor level there are four double-bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, with a further two double-bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, located at second floor level.
The basement has been constructed using concrete piles and walls, with a cavity-drain waterproof tanking system and insulated walls internally.
The upper parts of the building above ground level has been constructed using a proprietary timber frame system, with steel beams and columns, clad externally with rendered boards and bricks and a tiled roof.
