Project Details

The site is a typical early 20C terraced property in West London.

The scheme involved:

  • General refurbishment of the property
  • A loft conversion consisting of a mansard roof with pair of glazed French doors and a juliet balcony to create an additional large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom
  • The transformation of the rear of the property by the addition of a single storey rear extension with a part glazed pitched roof and glazed sliding doors to create a spacious, open plan kitchen and reception area with a large amount of natural light through the orientation of the extensive glazing.
